REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and hygienic standards we uphold we cannot accept returns of KAN products. By ordering our products and confirming your purchase you are considered in agreement  with the KIKA AU NATURAL refund policy and the related Terms and Conditions. Damaged goods will  either be replaced or refunded as a store credit only per discretion of KIKA AU NATURAL. All Sales are final. If there is an issue with your order please email us at KIKAAUNATURAL@GMAIL.COM


If for any reason you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item it MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 hours via email at kikaaunatural@gmail.com and we will assist you.  Please include a picture of damaged (defective or incorrect) item. If shipping box is also damaged, please include a picture of box as well.


SHIPPING POLICY


Customized blends can take 5-7 business days to process before being shipped, however most items are shipped sooner. 


You will receive a tracking number once your items are shipped. We are not responsible and will not issue refunds for lost, stolen or late packages
