My Journey to Healing

Are you like me 20 years ago? I struggled with:

These challenges kept me from sleeping at night. My body and mind were always in distress.

Conventional treatments gave me little relief. 

I started looking into natural remedies. 

In my quest for healing, I found the ancient wisdom of aromatherapy. 

Through the healing power of aromatic medicinal plants, I found myself on the other side: healed and balanced.

The Roots of Kika Au Natural

My Caribbean roots and knowledge of indigenous North American plants shaped Kika Au Natural Aromatherapy. This connection also ties me to the women in my family. First, my mother, a Master Herbalist. She introduced me to this art years ago.

I’m amazed by how we overlook nature's simple healing gifts: plant life. Especially as a native New Yorker, also a daughter of Jamaica. 

My Mission

As an Aromatherapist, Creator, Indigenous Mind, and Entrepreneur, I've dedicated my life to sharing the wisdom of healing aromatics. I want to reach those who are aware—and those who aren't yet—of the beautifully simple healing effects that aromatherapy has on the Mind, Body, and Soul.

To all the people who told me I was too idealistic or unrealistic, thank you! These perspectives are my superpowers. My clients like to call me the Giver Of Charms, an Over-thinker, and a Habitual Sharer of nature's healing potential.

I’ve studied the chemistry of essential oils for over 10 years,  hold a certification for clinical aromatherapy, and done all the research so you don't have to.

Living in Harmony with Nature

I'm amazed that today, I’ve been living in harmony with Nature's Laws since 2008. I tap into a 5th dimension consciousness. IYKYK. This helps me co-create my own worlds with the Universe. 

In my late thirties, I found a gift that connects me with nature and my ancestors. Sometimes, I can even dance between realms. Nature is my everything. In every crisis, during my darkest times, or in my joy, I turn to Nature. I communicate, cry, scream, heal, listen, and then CREATE.
